2020 年 WHO 疫情初期決策與言論時序表
- 1月14日： 認為根據中國官方說法，病毒不會人傳人。
- 1月23日： 認為這只是中國的公共衛生緊急事件，對世界衛生威脅甚小，並大讚中國透明度高。

若要談種族歧視，中國在 2016 年春晚節目中，讓中國女藝人「塗黑臉」並刻意誇大臀部扮演黑人，甚至讓黑人演員飾演猴子角色以迎合中國觀眾，這才是真正的歧視。相反地，台灣在同年 3 月底，還募款拯救了一名衣索匹亞（您的祖國）的留學生，而台灣的世界展望會與家扶中心，也長期認養了非常多的衣索匹亞孩童。究竟是誰在歧視，是非自有公論。

About 3 months ago, to be honest, not that many Taiwanese knew your name. We have been segregated by the international community for so long. However, according to the WHO public announcement on Jan 13, 2020: “The genetic sequencing shared by China enables more countries to rapidly diagnose patients.” You praised China for the first time in public. From then on, every China-related topic was praised, while you ignored the WuHan 40,000-family banquet and the cover-up of the epidemic. If China had stopped these earlier, 95% of the pandemic would not have happened.

- Jan 14: Claimed no clear evidence of human-to-human transmission based on Chinese info.
- Jan 23: Claimed China was responsive and transparent, and there was no threat to the rest of the world.
- Jan 25: Claimed moderate risk level globally.
- Jan 28: Spoke against evacuation plans and believed China could handle the situation.
- Feb 3: Claimed no need to overreact, cancel flights, or close borders.
- Feb 9: Admitted COVID-19 can spread from human to human.
- Feb 11: Claimed China was not a disaster, but the rest of the world needed to pay attention.
- Feb 19: Publicly praised the Chinese Government for sacrificing their people to save the world.

Taiwanese have no racism against Black people; instead, Taiwan has been discriminated against by China for a long time. All the remarks toward you are judging your incompetence and bootlicking behavior, not your race. Real racism is China’s 2016 New Year Gala, where a Chinese actress painted her face black and another African actor acted as a monkey. Meanwhile, Taiwan raised funds to help an Ethiopian student and adopted many children from Ethiopia. Please look closely at Taiwan’s efforts and stop politicizing the pandemic.
